AI Perception: what AI platforms really say about your brand
Your prospects ask ChatGPT whether you are reliable, expensive, or better than your competitor. AI Perception asks those questions for you, compares the answers with your reference sheet and finds the sites that spread false information about you.
Being cited is not enough, you also need to be described correctly
Daily tracking tells you whether AI platforms cite you when someone asks a question about your market. It does not tell you what they answer when a prospect types your name directly. Yet that is when the decision is made: checking a price, a review, an address, or comparing two providers.
An AI that quotes an old price, a wrong phone number or a shorter warranty costs you sales without you seeing it. And the error rarely comes from the AI alone: it repeats a directory, a comparison page or an old review it has read. AI Perception traces it back to those sources.
How an analysis works
Three steps, a few minutes, and a list of actions to take rather than one more dashboard.
1
Your reference sheet
We prefill it from your site, your structured data and your Google Business Profile if you have one. You correct what is wrong and fill in what is missing: business, offer, entry price, address, area, main competitor.
What is true about you, according to you.
2
Five questions per AI platform
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode five questions that mention your name: reviews, trust, who you are for, price, and the head-to-head against your main competitor. Perplexity is available as an add-on. Then we read the sites the AI platforms cite in their answers.
What AI platforms tell your prospects.

Two results tabs
The Overview sums up what AI platforms remember about you, your strengths and your weaknesses with their exact wording. The Web inconsistencies tab lists every piece of information that contradicts your sheet, ranked by urgency, with the action to take.
What to fix, and where.

Analysis summaryAI platforms know you and highlight the battery life of your watches. The most frequent criticism: “a higher entry price than Trailmark”. It comes from an old price repeated on a comparison page.

What you do with it
Four situations where the analysis is most useful.
After a price or offer change
AI platforms keep the old version for a long time, especially when a comparison page or a directory repeats it. You check that they have caught up, and if not, you know which site to fix.
Rerun the analysis a few weeks after the update.
After a move or a name change
An address, a phone number or a name that differs from one site to another is enough to confuse an AI on a local search. The Web inconsistencies tab lists every source involved.
Fix first the sites already picked up in an answer.
Against your main competitor
The head-to-head question shows which brand each AI recommends between you and your competitor, and why. You see the argument that makes you lose, with the exact wording.
Work on that argument on your site and on the cited sources.
For a client meeting
Consultants and agencies present in a few minutes what AI platforms say about the brand, the errors found and the actions to take. Results can be exported for the deliverable.

How much an analysis costs
An AI Perception analysis uses 5 AI credits, or 7 including Perplexity. Your credits are included every month in your plan: 200 on Solo, 400 on Consultant, 700 on Agency, 1,200 on Scale, and 100 during the free trial. The cost is shown before each run.
The five questions in the analysis mention your name. They are therefore kept separate from your tracked prompts and your Cockpyt Score, which measure your visibility on market questions. Simulate your credits
Hallucination detection runs every day on your tracked questions, market questions that do not mention your name. AI Perception starts from the other side: it asks questions about your brand, compares the answers with your reference sheet and checks the sites the AI platforms cite. The two complement each other.
Which questions are asked to the AI platforms?
Five questions that mention your name, adapted to your type of site: what people say about you, whether you are reliable, who you are for, what you cost, and who to choose between you and your main competitor. They are asked to ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode, and to Perplexity if you add it.
Which sites are checked for inconsistencies?
Only the sites AI platforms cite in their answers. That is deliberate: an error on a site no AI reads has no effect on your visibility, whereas an error on a cited site ends up in an answer sooner or later.
What happens if a field on my sheet is empty?
The analysis runs anyway. If an AI gives information your sheet does not contain, for example a certification, it appears as “To confirm”: you indicate whether it is accurate or false.
Which types of sites does it work for?
Local business, brochure site, SaaS, e-commerce and personal brand. The type of site is detected when the sheet is created, and both the fields and the questions adapt: opening hours and address for a local business, pricing and integrations for a SaaS, delivery and points of sale for an e-commerce site.
Is it available during the free trial?
Yes. The 100 AI credits in the trial cover several AI Perception analyses, on top of a GEO audit and a Deep Scan. No credit card required.
