All elements constituting the Cockpyt AI website and platform, in particular the graphic interface, source code, texts, proprietary methodologies (including the Cockpyt Score and associated analysis algorithms), logos, the Cockpyt AI brand and all visual and textual content, are the exclusive property of the Publisher or are subject to a usage authorization.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the Publisher.
The Cockpyt AI brand and the logos appearing on the site are protected under trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement, sanctioned by Articles L. 713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability
Cockpyt AI is a platform for analyzing brand visibility in AI answer engines (Generative Engine Optimization, GEO). The results, scores and reports produced by the platform rely on querying third-party artificial intelligence models.
Due to the non-deterministic nature of generative AI models, the analyses are provided for indicative purposes only. The Publisher shall not be held liable for inaccuracies, hallucinations of third-party models, downgrades, or any loss of commercial visibility suffered by the user on AI answer engines.

The Cockpyt AI website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The Publisher exercises no control over these sites and declines all responsibility regarding their content, availability, or data protection practices.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by French law.
As the service is exclusively aimed at professionals (B2B), any dispute relating to the use of the website or platform, which could not be resolved amicably, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nice.
